Coaching Cohorts

Our Coaching Cohorts are small groups that meet virtually during the first three Tuesdays of each month. In these gatherings we explore intuitive awareness, leadership development, and deeper connection to our inner guidance and spirit.

Participants support one another in a community of growth and reflection while working toward their personal and professional goals. Each participant also receives a private 1:1 session during the program to deepen their integration and personal insight.

Reiki Training Classes

Cinthia offers Reiki training in the tradition of Usui Shiki Ryoho.

These in-person classes provide a supportive environment for students who feel called to explore the healing practice of Reiki for personal development, spiritual growth, and to support others on their healing journey.

During training, students receive:

• Traditional Reiki attunements
• Instruction in the history and philosophy of Reiki
• Hands-on healing practice
• Guidance on self-treatment and treating others
• Integration of Reiki into daily life and spiritual practice
